My name is Ann Erickson Shaw and I am a Realtor at Keller Williams Boston Northwest in Concord, MA. I am celebrating 22 years in Real Estate this year and I am very proud of what I have accomplished! Bringing buyers and sellers together has been and still is a very rewarding experience. I have marketed and sold over 350 homes in the Middlesex County Area and still love sharing with others this amazing area I call home.

I grew up in Boxborough when it was a small farm town in the 60's and 70's. We pretty much knew everyone in the town and had a great time with all the fun traditions that were formed then, most of which are still celebrated today. I am an Acton-Boxborough graduate. From there I went on to receive two degrees from Colby-Sawyer College and UNH-Durham, NH thereafter. I pursued a career in the Printing and Publishing business while living in Boston, got married and had two boys. We moved to Acton when they were 5 and 3 deciding to come back to my home town! When my boys turned 10 and 7, I made a career change to selling Real Estate. I had always enjoyed homes and decorating and studied architecture in college and felt it would be a great fit for me. My sales experience and determination earned me "Rookie of the Year" my first year!


Twelve years ago, I was asked to join my two colleagues in starting up a Keller Williams Company in Concord! I became an investor in Keller Williams Boston Northwest where we currently have the largest company in the area and continue grow and be successful selling more homes than any company in Middlesex County. I am still passionate about my work and find it thrilling when I can find the best house for my buyers and successfully market and sell my listings.
